2. Grind the Spices: In a grinder or food processor, combine the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilies, black peppercorns, turmeric powder, tamarind, jaggery, and salt. Grind into a smooth paste, adding a little water if necessary to help with grinding.
